Doing the skottel braai boogy

We had stir fry, veggie kebabs and sweetcorn on the skottel on Saturday afternoon. We mixed the veggies from the kebabs with couscous and caramelised onions. It was very good. I’m ready to get cooking on our holiday. We leave on Thursday.
